Come peruse the amazing wares at Janet’s Traveling Garage Sale this Saturday at the shelter garage and parking lot. Janet will not be undersold. Her prices are ridiculous and all proceeds go to support West Side Cats. It’s from 10am to 4pm.
On Sunday, June 30th, 2013 West Side Cats will be holding a bake sale at WalMart. If you have a good relationship with your oven and can turn out yummy cakes, breads or cookies, we need your help!

Come visit us at the French Market (rummage sale) in Columbiana May 4th 10am – 5pm
Area merchants will be hosting open houses and sidewalk sales. Street vendors will be set up along Main Street selling crafts, food, and other items.
We will also be at the PetSmart Adoption event this weekend in Niles. You will find cakes and brownies, t-shirts and other things to buy to support the shelter.

Little Cody is about 7 weeks old and as adorable as they come. Volunteers were vying to be next- in-line to hold him today. He needs a foster for a week or two until he is 2 pounds. Can you take him in? Warning……you may want to make him a permanent member to your family! Call if interested or send an email to westsidecats@yahoo.com.
We will again have lots of kittens, some with mommies and some without. This little guy, with his eyes just starting to open, is already in foster but there will be more coming in. We would love for you to open your home and your heart and time to help get the young kittens off to a good and healthy start. Call us and we can tell you what to expect, in addition to a rewarding and fun experience.
Here are some photos from the PetExpo event. Dave brought his Harley and told everyone about our upcoming Poker Run on July 21st. Smoochie charmed her public and snoozed intermittently. Our booth was really fun with our new BIG cat statue, lots of lights and Dave’s lit-up Harley. It was very sucessful financially and we had a wonderful time. Can’t wait until next year!
Saturday and Sunday we will be at the Pet Expo in the Eastwood Mall Expo Center. We will have some adoptable kitties and goodies for sale like our $5.00 T-Shirts. Dave Childlers will be there be with his Harley promoting our upcoming Poker Run. Paraplegic cat Smoochie will be in attendance and a $1.00 donation will get you a Smoochie pin. Handmade Jewelry and some cute rings and baby blankets….there’s lots of things to buy and support the shelter. Doors open at 10.00 am.
